Shipping Costs can be found once the shipping address is confirmed during the checkout process. 99% of our orders are shipped within 48 hrs of receiving your payment (Monday - Friday). Any special shipping instructions need to be included in the "Note" area when making your payment. We get hundreds of Emails a day and it's hard to match all Emails to Payments. Any re-shipping charges due to no one home to accept shipment or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.

USA Shipping (Lower 48 States): Ground shipping takes 1-7 working days depending on your location (please note delays can happen by the shipping company which is out of our control - weather, missing a connection, etc.)
International Shipping: USPS Priority Mail takes 1-2 Weeks. USPS First Class Mail takes 3-6 Weeks. In some cases it has taken up to 8 weeks to deliver. Please do not use First Class Mail if you cannot wait that long. We have no control on items after they leave the USA (tracking, delays due to customs or any additional tax/charges applied by your country).

Happiness Guaranteed. In the event that you would like to return your purchase, we allow returns that are processed within 30 days. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. We advise you to use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods and pack all returns appropriately. Buyers returning such items will be refunded only for the item's cost less 20% restocking fee and not for the shipping.
