REFUND PROCEDURE
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us via email. You can reach us at support@railroad360.com or rroad360@yahoo.com. We will then issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the shipping address for our returns center.
The item must be returned to us at our return address, whether unused or used. Where possible, it should be in the original box and with all paperwork and accessories.
For returns of US orders and international orders, we will provide an address but please note that customers will need to return the package themselves. Buyers returning such items will be refunded only for the item's cost less 20% restocking fee and not for the shipping.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned products. When you return your item, please consider purchasing package tracking to ensure the products are successfully delivered to the specified address.
