If you have special shipping requests or delivery instructions, please include them in the “Note” section during checkout. Due to the high volume of daily orders and messages we receive, checkout notes are the most reliable way for us to match instructions to your order.
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts (such as no one available to receive the package) may require reshipment at the buyer’s expense.

Once a shipment leaves the United States, delivery timelines, tracking updates, customs processing, and any applicable duties, taxes, or fees are determined by your country’s postal system and customs authorities and are beyond our control.
