RAILROAD360 SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: March 8, 2022.
Railroad360 is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and accurately as possible. The following Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and customer responsibilities.
Order Processing
Approximately ninety-nine percent (99%) of orders are processed and shipped within forty-eight (48) business hours after receipt of cleared payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Special Shipping Instructions
If you have special shipping instructions, they must be entered in the “Note” or “Order Comments” section at the time of checkout. We receive a high volume of email daily and cannot guarantee that separate emails requesting shipping changes will be matched to your order before it ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Railroad360 is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing, routing, and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. Railroad360 is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs processing, mechanical failures, labor issues, or other events outside of our control.
USA Shipping (Lower 48 States)
Standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes between one (1) and seven (7) business days depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost. Estimated delivery dates are calculated by the carrier and may vary.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories may require additional transit time and shipping charges.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or other available international carriers.
USPS Priority Mail International typically delivers within one (1) to two (2) weeks.
USPS First-Class Mail International typically delivers within three (3) to six (6) weeks. In some cases, delivery may take up to eight (8) weeks or longer depending on destination country and customs processing.
Delivery times for international shipments are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves the United States, tracking updates may become limited or unavailable depending on the destination country’s postal system.
Railroad360 has no control over international customs procedures, import inspections, border delays, or foreign postal systems.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, value-added taxes (VAT), and other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless specifically stated.
Railroad360 is not responsible for packages delayed, held, seized, or rejected by customs authorities. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees or failure to comply with import regulations, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond normal transit times, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, you may contact us at support@railroad360.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in initiating a carrier inquiry.
Railroad360 is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, or theft after confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to ship to secure addresses and consider signature-required delivery where available.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
